When you arrive, please let our lovely reception team know that you’re here for a free consultation with Chandee.

There’s no need to bring anything with you, and you don’t need to wear exercise gear — this session is purely a conversation.

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll organise payment for your first session and secure your weekly training time slot.

As a friendly reminder, a $50 fee applies for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Our method has three core components designed to deliver results with minimal time commitment:

    1. Personal Training
    You’ll train once per week for a 45-minute 1:1 personal training session. Sessions are highly structured and tailored to ensure you get maximum results in limited time.

    2. Personalised Meal Plan and Nutrition Support
    Your meal plan is built from scratch and fully personalised to you—your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. This is a key driver of results, especially if weight loss is your priority. If a structured meal plan isn’t the right fit for you, we offer other options for nutrition support, including food diary reviews with personalised feedback to help you reach your goals.

    3. Body Basics Library
    You’ll receive access to our exclusive client portal, the Body Basics Library. This includes masterclasses, cheat sheets, and practical resources covering fitness, nutrition, and habits—giving you the knowledge and confidence to succeed long term.

  • The weekly investment is $145 per week, with payments processed in advance.

    Our program is a premium, high-touch service, and yes — it is an investment.

    Most clients come to us after years of:

    • Trying cheaper options that didn’t work

    • Jumping between gyms, group classes and fad diets

    • Spending money repeatedly without getting lasting results

    If you’re looking for a time-efficient, done-for-you approach with long-term results, this is exactly what we offer.

  • Our pricing reflects the overall level of service and support provided, rather than individual components used. While clients may choose not to utilise certain aspects of the service, pricing remains unchanged and we do not offer discounted rates or partial refunds.

    If at any point you feel unable to make full use of the support included, we encourage you to reconsider whether this service is the right fit for you at that time.

  • If you’d like to exercise outside of your PT session, you absolutely can—and we’ll guide you on what’s most effective.

    However, most of our clients are very busy and realistically don’t have the time. The majority only train once per week during their personal training session with us.

    If your goal is weight loss, your personalised meal plan will do the heavy lifting and significantly accelerate results—meaning additional workouts are not required.

  • All sessions are 45 minutes, and one session per week is enough to achieve excellent results—especially if time is limited.

    Our method is designed to make that single session count.

  • Yes — subject to availability. If you’d like to train twice per week, we offer a Priority Training Upgrade for a limited number of clients. Just let us know and we’ll walk you through the details.

  • Due to safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate children in the training space. This allows us to maintain a safe and focused environment.

  • If you’re travelling once or twice per year, that’s completely fine—just give us plenty of notice and we can cancel those sessions for you.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full, in line with our cancellation policy.

    Please note that our schedule runs close to capacity, so rescheduling sessions is very difficult. It’s important to commit to a weekly time you can reliably attend.

    If sessions are frequently cancelled or missed, we reserve the right to discontinue your training and offer your time slot to someone on the waitlist, to ensure fairness for all clients.
