  • All personal training sessions are 45 minutes.

  • We put 100% into 1-1 training so you can get the BEST results possible — it’s all about you! At the moment we are not doing any partner or group training.

  • Monday: 9am - 4pm

    Tuesday: 9am - 7pm

    Wednesday: 7am - 4pm

    Thursday: 9am - 7pm

    Friday: 9am - 4pm

    Sessions start on the hour.

    You'll be given a set weekly time slot. We'll confirm your options during your consultation, and if your preferred time isn't available, we’ll add you to the waitlist.

  • The weekly investment is $115.

    This includes everything in the Bespoke Body Blueprint. Most women start seeing results within two weeks.

  • To help us manage our schedule smoothly, we kindly ask that all enquiries be made by booking a free consultation (linked below).

    This ensures we can give every client the attention they deserve, as we’re unable to manage enquiries by email or phone.
